October 30, 2979 - Ronald Williamson set an aluminum monument on an east -west fenceline and halfway between the southwest corner and the southeast corner as shown by Dave Cheney's survey no. 7314L. October 23, 1989 - Glen Northrop found the corner and ties as set by Williamson. He found the monument "in very good condition". August 24, 1992 - Arden Sandsnes found the aluminum monument as shown on the 1989 Northrop tie sheet. He set 2 new ties and accepted the monument as the corner. September 6, 2012 - Kevin Boyer found the aluminum monument as shown on the previous listed tie sheets. Boyer found one tie, being a 1" O.D. iron pipe from the Sandsnes tie sheet. He set three additional ties. (j) I, Bradley L.
