(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished
and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show
the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1.
None
(f) Was the corner restored through acceptance of (1) an obliterated evidence location, or (2) a found
perpetuated location?
A found perpetuated location.
(g&h) Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including
the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for
proportioning in determining the corner location?
Not Applicable.
(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including
monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey.
October 12, 1979 - Ronald Williamson found a 1" iron pipe at the intersection of a fenceline running north and
a fenceline running west. Accepted as corner and replaced 1" iron pipe with an aluminum monument.
October 24, 1989 - Glen Northrop located the aluminum monument and ties and accepted its location.
August 24, 1992 - Arden Sandsnes found the aluminum monument as shown on the 1989 tie sheet by
Northrop. Some time after the date of Northrop's tie sheet the fence line was removed and a drainage swale
constructed. All reference irons were destroyed. The distance to the Southeast Corner fit close to distances
shown in Vol. 1, P. 429 of old survey records and the distances as shown on Williamson Remonumentation
project. The distance to the Center of Section as shown on Riesop's tie sheet also agrees. He accepted the
corner and set 4 new iron pipe ties.
July 16, 2001 - Howard Licht found the aluminum monument and certified that all points were still intact.
(j) I, Bradley L. Tisdale,
hereby certify that the corner location shown on
this record was determined by me or under my
direction and correct and that this U.S. Public
Land Survey Monument Record is correct
complete to the best of my knowledge and belief.
/41 05/05/2023
Signature Date
Affix Land Surveyor Seal
i i l t i,!
IB co /V&/
BRADLEY L. .
TISDALE
S-2824
WAUNAKEE
tom
WI '
e t
