(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished <br />and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show <br />the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1. <br />None <br />(f) Was the corner restored through acceptance of (1) an obliterated evidence location, or (2) a found <br />perpetuated location? <br />A found perpetuated location. <br />(g&h) Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including <br />the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for <br />proportioning in determining the corner location? <br />Not Applicable. <br />(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including <br />monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey. <br />January 23, 1969 - George Weir set a 1" iron pipe at a fence intersection. <br />January 4, 1973 - An unknown surveyor found a flat stone at a fence corner at set a 1 1/2" galvanized iron pipe <br />by it, per tie sheet of record. <br />July 7, 1988 - David C. Riesop found remains of an old fence post at the east quarter corner of section 30. A <br />1969 Survey by George Weir shows a 1" iron pipe set at the fence corner. This iron pipe is gone together with <br />the iron pipe shown set on the South line of Olstad Road. Riesop reset the corner at the old fence post hole. <br />The spot agreed within a foot of lines and distances from the SW corner of section 30 through the 40 corner as <br />established by a 40" Burr oak tree marked by Hough in 1857 (vol. 2 page 3). This spot also splits the 40 corner <br />to the North on the centerline of Olstad Road. A 36" long Dane County aluminum monument was set and tied. <br />July 7 - 1992 Arden T. Sandsnes certified that the monument and all reference ties were found and checked <br />well from David C. Riesop's monument records. <br />(j) I, Bradley L.
