(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished
and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show
the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1.
None
(f) Was the corner restored through acceptance of (1) an obliterated evidence location, or (2) a found
perpetuated location?
A found perpetuated location.
(g&h) Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including
the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for
proportioning in determining the corner location?
Not Applicable.
(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including
monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey.
September 25, 1984 - David C. Riesop set a 3/4" X 24" smooth iron rod on a straight line between the North
and South 1/4 corners which agrees with fence lines at the center 40 corner to the south. North-South position
for the corner set at midpoint on 1/4 line shown on 1856 blue book survey by Hough ( V. 1, P. 421). This
position fits double of E -W fence at 40 corner to South and splits 40 corner to North within 3 feet of E -W fence
position. Straight line intersection would have located the corner 22.9 feet North of where now established.
See CSM no. 4465 for section split.
(j) I, Bradley L. Tisdale,
hereby certify that the corner location shown on
this record was determined by me or under my
direction and correct and that this U.S. Public
Land Survey Monument Record is correct
complete to the best of my knowledge and belief.
Signature
05/05/2023
Date
Affix Land Surveyor Seal
rC"0IVS •,
Y
BRADLEY L.
TISDALE
S-2824' w
WAUNAKEE
WI 4Z-
