March 14, 1975 - Glen Northrop set a 3/4" I.D. iron pipe at the corner location. Physical evidence of occupation lines were accepted as evidence of the corner position. October 24, 1989 - Glen Northrop found the pipe that he had set in 1975, which he states was set at old fence corner evidence. He set two ties to the corner. June 29, 1992 - Arden Sandsnes found a 1" dia. iron pipe as shown on the 1989 Northrop tie sheet. He accepted the pipe as representing the corner as perpetuated evidence and added one additional tie.
