(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished
and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show
the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1.
None
(f) Was the corner restored through acceptance of (1) an obliterated evidence location, or (2) a found
perpetuated location?
A found perpetuated location.
(g&h) Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including
the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for
proportioning in determining the corner location?
Not Applicable.
(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including
monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey.
November 11, 1990 David C. Riesop found nothing and set a Berntsen A -2 -BR aluminum monument. The
original corner was apparently removed by ditching work. Riesop reset the corner using Northrop's
measurements from the NW corner and the E 1/4 corners of the section. And also with the following evidence
used.
The original government survey of the Township set a wood stake and bearing trees marking the corner.
In 1891, surveyor M.C. Dodge set a wooden stake from the U.S. bt stumps and subdivided the SW 1/4. See
Co. surveyor blue book 6, page 432.
In 1976 surveyor David Cheney established an iron pipe at the corner on a straight line and 1/2 distance from
the then NW and SW corners of the section. See Dane County CSM no. 2047
In 1980, surveyor Glen Northrop used Cheney's pipe and verified its location by measurements to the 1/16th
corner to the East of his position as established from a 40' diameter Burr Oak bearing tree from the dodge
survey. See Dane County CSM no. 3618.
(j) I, Bradley L. Tisdale,
hereby certify that the corner location shown on
this record was determined by me or under my
direction and correct and that this U.S. Public
Land Survey Monument Record is correct
complete to the best of my knowledge and belief.
05/05/2023
Signature Date
Affix Land Surveyor Seal
1 1 !
