STATE OF WISCONSIN <br />CIRCUIT COURT DANE COUNTY <br />BRANCH 9 <br />vs. <br />TOWN OF VIENNA, <br />Plaintiff <br />VILLAGE OF DEFOREST, <br />Defendant <br />STIPULATION <br />STIPULATION AND ORDER j <br />FOR JUDGMENT .45 <br />Case No. 88CV2924 C �!/ <br />c <br />WHEREAS, an action is pending in the above named Court <br />whereby the Town of Vienna has challenged Village of DeForest <br />Ordinance No. 88-8, adopted on March 21, 1988, purportedly <br />annexing a portion of land from the Town to the Village, and <br />WHEREAS, the parties have settled and adjusted all issues <br />pertaining to said litigation and have embodied same in the <br />"Agreement For Orderly Development Between The Village of <br />DeForest and Town of Vienna", a true and correct copy of which is <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein, and <br />WHEREAS, both parties desire that the above referenced <br />agreement be made the Judgment of the Court, which will, among <br />other things, establish the common boundary lines between the two <br />municipalities, pursuant to Section 66.027, Wis. Stats. <br />(1987-88); <br />NOW THEREFORE, IT IS STIPULATED AND AGREED,-by'the parties <br />hereto, by their respective attorneys with full authority, that: <br />1. The "Agreement For Orderly Development Between The <br />Village of DeForest and Town of Vienna", may be adopted as the <br />Final Judgment of the Court by incorporating its terms and <br />provisions by reference. <br />2.
