<br />(a) Identify the corner by reference to the U.S. public land survey system.

<br />Found and accepted a 7/8" solid iron rod with an aluminum survey cap in a monument box and all ties from previous
<br />tie sheet done by Robert Talarczyk, dated July 31, 2018. Perpetuated its location after the completion of road
<br />construction. Set a 3/4" solid iron rod with aluminum cap in a monument box and set one additional tie as shown.
<br />(c) In the plan view drawing below, provide reference ties to at least four (4) witness monuments. (Witness monuments shall be
<br />made of concrete, natural stone, iron or other equally durable material). Describe witness monuments.
<br />(d) Show a plan view drawing depicting the relevant monuments and reference ties which is sufficient in detail to enable accurate
<br />relocation of the corner monument if the corner monument is disturbed. Indicate North.
<br />(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the
<br />corner as restored or reestablished and the location of that ALUMINUM CAP SET IN
<br />corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and • MONUMENT BOX REPRESENTING
<br />direction. Show the discrepancy on the plan view drawing THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF

<br />— July, 1975, George Weir found and accepted a P.K. nail representing the Northwest corner of Section 5-8-11, set a 1" iron pipe
<br />representing the Southwest corner of Section 32-9-11 and established witness monuments. Monument Reference Sheet.
<br />— April 11, 1978, John Karns found a 1" iron pipe at the Southwest corner of Section 32-9-11, found a P.K. nail at the Northwest
<br />corner of section 5-8-11 and replaced it with an aluminum monument, and established witness monuments. Monument
<br />Reference Sheet.
<br />— April 11, 1979, John Bloodgood found an aluminum monument at the Northwest corner of Section 5-8-11, found a 1" iron pipe
<br />at the Southwest corner of Section 32-9-11 and replaced it with an aluminum monument. Monument Reference Sheet.
<br />— October 28, 2002, Dave Jenkins found aluminum monuments at both corners and established new witness monuments. Monument
