MENDMENT 840 <br />Amending Section 10.03 (19) Relating to Districts In the Tan of Middleton <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That Section 10.03 (19) (j), C-1 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District, be 3 <br />amended by adding thereto a new subdivision, to bb numbered 12 and reading as fac$¢w <br />fol- 3 <br />lows: <br />12. A part of the SLI/4 NE'/ and the NEI/4 S9/4, Section 9 described as follows: begin- 1 <br />ning at a point in the center line of Highway 14 which is easterly 16.5 feet from 4 <br />the west line of the NE1/4 SE1/4; thence easterly 150 feet; thhace North 290.4 feet; 5 <br />thence westerly 150 feet; thence south 290.4 feet to the point of beginning. <br />
