A parcel consisting of wart of the SVh, SLI/4, Section 6 and part of the NIMIJ NE/4', 1 Section 7 described as follows: beginning at the intersection of the northwesterly 3 line of City Route 151 and the east line of the said SV/4 SE1/4, Section 6; thence north 0 on said east line 561 feet; thence southwesterly on a line parallel to the northwest- 0 erly line of the highway to a point which is east 173 feet from the west line of the 1 said Sly'/4 SQ/4, thence south on a line parallel to the west line of the said SVi,/4 SO/4, 2 Section 6 and the west line of theN%4)NM4, Section 7 to the northwesterly line of 4 City Xoute 151; thence northeasterly along said line to the point of beginning. 5.
