ZONING ORDINANCE MENI ENT No. 853 <br />Ameding Section 10.03 (16) Relating to Districts in the Town of Madison <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />A. That subdivision 6 of Section 10.03 (16) (d), $-4 Residence District, be amended 0 <br />t o read as follows: <br />6. A part of the SE'/4 NV/4i Section 35 described as follows: beginning at a point 3 <br />on the north line of west Badger Road which is west 203.7 feet from the west line of 1 <br />South Park Street; thence north to a point on the south line of Highes Place which is 0 <br />west 200.7 feet from the west line of South Park Street; thence west along the south 1 <br />line of Hughes Place 448 feet; thence south to the north line of West Badger Road; 3 <br />thence east along said line 448 feet to the point of beginning. <br />B. That subdivision 4 of Section 10.03 (16) (c), R-3 Residence District, be amended O <br />to Tedi as folllows: <br />4. Lots 6, to 13, inclusive, Miller Park. <br />
