ZONING MINANCE AM NTMEATT NO. 356 Amending Section 10.03 (29) Relating to Districts in the Town of Sun Prairie Me Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That Section 10.03 (29) (b), R-2 Residence District, be ajaended by adding thereto 2 a new subdivision, to be numbered 2 and reading as follows: 2. S parcel consisting of part of the ST% SM4, Section 6, a part of the S/z SW/, 3 Section 6, a part of the Ni/2 NV,%, Section 7 and a part of the MY% N'E'I�, Section 6 des- 1 crised as follow: beginning at the intersection of the center line of City Route 4 151 and the west line of nickel Street; thence north along said nest line 322.2 feet; 0 thence Nest to a point which is west 150 feet from the west line of Hart Road; thence 0 north to the north line of Section 7; thence east 150 feet to the west line of Hart 2 Road; thence north along said line to the southeasterly line of Highway 151; thence 2 northeasterly along said line to a point which is east 150 feet from the east line of 0 Rickel Street, measured at right angles; thence south on a line parallel to the east 1 line of Rickel Street to a Point which is north 300 feet from the north line of that 1 part of ;Walker W* running east and west; thence east on a line parallel to said 5 north line to a point which is east 150 feet from the northerly extension of the 5 easterly line of that Part of talker Way running north and south; thence south on a 2 lice parallel to said east line and said line extended to the center line of City 4 Route 151; thence southwesterly along said line to the point of beginning.
