ZONING ORDINANCE MIEND51NT No. U—/ , �j � -I <br />Amending Section 10.03 (16) Relating to Districts in the Town of Madison <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />A. That Section 10.03 (16) (k), G2 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District, 3 <br />be amended by adding thereto a new subdivision, to be numbered 15 and reading as 5 <br />follows: <br />15. Lot 5, Block 1, Jacobs and Barker Subdivision; also an adjacent parcel in the 1 <br />SEi/ NIM/9, Section 36 described as follows: beginning at the intersection of the east- 1 <br />erly line of Rim Rock Road and the north line of East Badger Road; thence east along 1 <br />said north hie 304 feet; thence north 155.7 feet, thence westerly 264.'5 feet to the 1 <br />easterly line of Rim Rock Road; thence southwesterly along said line 174.1 feet to 3 <br />the point of beginning. <br />B That subdivision 3 of Section 10.03 (16) (b), R-2 Residence District, be amended 0 <br />to read as f&llows; <br />3. Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, Jacobs and Barker Subdivision; that part of Lots 2 and 2 <br />3, Block 2, Jacobs and Barker Subdivision lying south of the Beltline; that part of 2 <br />Lot 1, Block 2, Jacobs and Barker Subdivision lying south of the Beltline except the 1 <br />parcel described in subdivision 16 of Section 10.03 (16)(0, B-1 Local Business Dis- <br />trict. <br />
