ZONING ORDINANCE MIENMIE\T No. 868 <br />Amending Section 10.17 Relating to Highway Setback Regulations <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That Section 10.17 (b) be amended to read as follows: <br />(b) For all Class C highways setback lines are hereby established, parallel to and 0 <br />distance sixty-three (63) feet from the center line of such highway or thirty (30) 3 <br />feet from the right of way line, whichever iii greater; provided, however, that in the 0 <br />case of a service road, contguous to the right of way of a major highway, where htXzk1-X 6 <br />buildings can be built on only one side of such service road, the minimum setback 4 <br />shall be thirty (30) feet, regardless of the width of such service road; and provided 0 <br />further, that if such service road shall be a street in a platted subdivision, then 2 <br />the setback provisions governing such platted street shall apply. <br />
