ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT No. 632 <br />Amending Section 10.03 (19) Relating to Districts*in the Town of Middleton <br />i <br />The Dane County,44Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />,A. That subdivisYon 9 of Section 1003 (19) (g), B-1 Local Business District in the <br />Town of Middleton, be amended to read as follows: <br />9. A part of Outlot 1, Assessor's Plat No. 1 described as follows: beginning at a <br />-point on the west line of said outlot which is south 153.3 feet from its intersection <br />with the southwesterly Itne of the Middleton Road; thence S 890 30' E 173.6 feet to <br />the southwesterly line of the Middleton Road; thence southeasterly along said line <br />557.7 feet; thence S 890 451 W on a thine parallel to and distant 20 feet from the <br />northerly,line of Outlo-t 2, 256 feet; thence N 90 22' E 97 feet; thence S 750 31' W <br />36005 feet to the west line of outlot l; thence north along said line to the point of <br />beginning. <br />B. The north 334 feet of the east 510 feet of the NE's/4 NQ/4, Section 2, measured <br />from the south line of Highway 30 and the west line of county trunk T. <br />ADOPTED.I EFFECTIVE <br />__ L __ _1956 <br />
