A part of the SEi/ NWI/a, Section 12 described as follows: beginning at a point in the center line of Highway 19 which is west 660 feet from the east line of the said SEI/4 Ni9V/4; thence southeasterly along the center line of a town road 516 feet; thence east 180 feet; thence north 220 feet; thence west 50 feet; thence north 306 feet; thence west 224 feet to the point of beginning.
