ZONING ORDINANCE .AMENDMENT No. 646 <br />Amending'Sections 10.12 (1) and 10.13 (1) Relating: to Uses in the A-1 Agri- <br />cultural and C-1 Commercial and Light Manufacturing Districts. <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />A. That 'Section 10.12 (1) (c), Uses in the A-1 Agricultural Ristrict, be amended to <br />react as follows: <br />(c) Manufacturing and processing of natural mineral resources indigenous to Dane <br />County, including sand. and gravel pits, lime and rock crushing and the like, including <br />the erection of buiidi4gs and the iinstallation of necessary machinery and equipment <br />incidental thereto; provided that for plants for the preparation of hot blacktop mix <br />and ready -mix concrete, the zoning committee, after public hearing, shall de�drmine <br />that the proposed site is suitable for such use. <br />B. Itat 'Section 10.13 (1) (h), 'Uses in the C-1 Commercial. and Light Manufacturing <br />District, be amended to read as follows: <br />(h) Uses permitted im Section 10.12 (1)(c) and' (d), A-1 Agricultural District, <br />subject to any special conditions and requirements imposed therein. <br />Adopted Z 2 _ —' —1957 Effective.— — — — — — -1957 <br />
