ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT No. 652 Amending Section 10.03 (19) Relating to Districts in the Town of Middleton The Dane iOunty Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: A. That subdivision 1 of `Section 10.03 (19)(g), B-1Local Business District in the Town of Middleton, be amended to, read as follows: 1. Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 1, Block 2 and Lot 1, Block 3, Pheasant Branch; also a part of the Nff4 NES/4, Section 12 described as follows: beginning at the intersec- tion of the west line of the said NWI/4 NE% and the south line of county trunk M; thence easterly alsng the south line of county trunk h3 693 feet more or less to the center line of a proposed north and sauth road; thence south along said line 300 feet to the center line of a proposed east and west road; thence west along said line to the west line of the said N14n/4 NEI/4; thence north along said line 300 feet to the point of beginning. B. That 'Section 10.03 (19), Districts in the Town of Middleton, be ,amended by add -ng the following: (d) R-4 Residence District 1. A paxt of the NV/ NO/4, Section 12 described as follows: beginning at a point in the center line of a proposed north and south road which is east 693 feet more or less from the west line of the said NV/4 NEY/4 and south 300 feet from the south line of county trunk M, thence south 150 feet to the north line of a proposed east and west road; thence west al©hg said line 693 feef more or less to the west line of the said N1V% NEYf4; thence north 150 feet; thence east 693 feet more or less to the point of beginning. C. That Section 10.03 (19) (j), C- 1 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District, be amended by .adding thereto a new subdivision, to be numbered 11 and reading as fol- lows. 11. A part of the NVV/ NES/4, Section 12 described as follows: beginning at the in- tersection of the south line of county trunk M and the west line of county trunk e; thence southerly along the west line of county trunk Q450 feet; thence westerly on a line parallel to the south line of county trunk M to the center line of a proposed north and south road, said center line being east 693 feet more or less from the west line of the said NV/4 NEV4; thence north along said line 450 feet to the south line of county trunk M; thence easterly along said line to the point of beginning.
