ZONING ORDINANCE,AMENDMENT No. 680 <br />Amending 'Section 10.03 (4) Relating to Mstricts in the Town of Blooming <br />Grove <br />The Dane Cbunty Board of 'Supervisors does ardain as follows: <br />A. That Section 10.03 (4)(j), C-1 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District in <br />the Town of Blooming Grove, be amended by adding thereto a new subdivision, to be rnmi- <br />bered 17 and reading as follows: <br />17. Lot 104, First Addition to Ossmann Acres. <br />B. That subdivision 7 of Section 10.03 (4)(k), G 2 Commercial and Light Manufactur- <br />ing District, be amended to read as follows: <br />7. A part of the NE'/4, Section 16 described as follows: beginning at the northeast <br />corner of Lot 2, Block 6, First Addition to Allis Heights; thence south along the east <br />line of said Block 6 and said line extended, to a paint which is south 166 feet from <br />the southeast corner of Lot 12 in said Bleck 6; thence east 135 feet; thence north 100 <br />feet to the south line of Allis Avenue extended easterly; thence east along said line <br />to the westerly right of way line sf Highway 51; thence northerly along said line to <br />the southerly line of Buckeye Road; thence westerly along said line to the point of <br />beginning. <br />C. That Section Ii3:fi)3 (4)(d), R-4 Residence District, be amended by adding thereto <br />a new subdivision, to be numbered 8 and reading as follows: <br />9. Lots 95 to 103, inclusive, First Addition to Ossmann Acres. <br />D. That subdivision 7 of Section 10.03 (4)(c), R-3 Residence District, be amended <br />to read as follows: <br />7. Allis Heights and the First Addition to Allis Heights, Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, <br />Lots 50 to 53, inclusive, and Lots 64 to 70, inclusive, Ossmann Acres; Lots 80 to 84, <br />inclusive, and Lots 90 to 94, inclusive, First Addition to Ossmann Acres; also the un - <br />platted parcel in the Si/z SMA NE'/4, Section 18, <br />E. That 'Section 10.03 (4)(b), R-2 Residence District, be amended by adding thereto <br />a new subdivision, to be numbered 20 and reading as follows: <br />20.
