ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT No, 692 Amending Section 10.03 (16) Relating to Districts in the Town of Madison 'Ihe Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: A. Meat subdivision 15 of Section 10.03 (16)(g), B-1 Local Business District, be amended to read as follows: 15. A part of the SWK SVIn/a, Section 34 described as follows: beginning at the in- tersection of the south line of the Beltline and the west section line; thence south along said west line 375 feet; thence east on a line parallel to the south line of the Beltline 925 feet; thence north 375 feet to the south line of the Beltline; thence west along said line 975 feet to the point of beginning. B. That Section 10.03 (16)(g), B-1 Local &sines$ District, be amended by adding thereto a new subdivision, to be numbered 30 and reading as follows: 30. A part of the SEi/a SE%a, Section 33 described as follows: beginning at the in- tersection of the south line of the Beltline and the east section line; thence south along said east line 375 feet; thence west 229.2 feet; thence south on a line parallel to the east section line to the south section line; thence west along said line 229.2 feet; thence north on a line parallel to the east section line to the south line of the Beltline; thence east along said line 458.4 feet to the point of beginning. C. That subdivision 1 of Section 10.03 (16)(e), RI1--1 Rrurai Homes District, be amended to read as follows: 1. A part of the SIz She Section 33 described as follows: beginning at a point on the south line of the Beltline which is west 458.4 feet from the east section line; thence south on a line parallel to the east section line to the south section line; thence west along said line to a point which is west 673.7 feet from the east line of the SEI/4 SNS/; thence north to a point which is west 683.7 feet from the east line of the SEI/4 SE4/4 and south 375 feet from the south line of hhe Beltline; thence east 330 feet on a line parallel to the south line of the Beltline; thence north 375 feet to the south line of the Beltline, thence easterly along said line to the point of beginning.
