<br />Amending Section 10.03 (4) Relating to Districts
<br />in the Town of Blooming Grove
<br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows:
<br />That Section 10.03 (4) (k, C-2 Commercial and Light Manu-
<br />facturing District, be amended tly adding thereto a new subdivision,
<br />to be numbered 20 and reading as follows:
<br />20. That part of the NE1/ SW%, Section 27 lying east of Highway
<br />51, also the north 16.5 feet 1� that part of the SEI/4 SWi/4, Section 27
<br />lying east of Highway 51.
<br />Moved by Mr. Sutter, seconded by Mr. Walker that the petition
<br />be granted and Zoning Ordinance 766 be adopted. Carried by voice
<br />vote.

<br />B. That subdivision 15 of Section 10.03 (4) (b), R-2 Residence
<br />District, be amended to read as follows:
<br />15. Lots 1 to 11, inclusive and Lots 24 to 30, inclusive, C. L. Fem-
<br />rite's Plat.
<br />Mr. Sutter moved that the petition be granted and Zoning Ordi-
<br />nance 767 be adopted, seconded by Mr. Lucey and carried by voice
<br />vote.
