A part of the NE/a. Section 11 described as follows: beginning at a point on 3 <br />the north section line which is east 300 feet from the northwest corner of the NEI/4 3 <br />NEY4; thence south to the south line of the said NE:%; thence west along ssid south 4 <br />line 1000 feet; thence north on a line parallel to the west line of the said NRI/4to 2 <br />the north section line; thence east along said line to the point of beginning. <br />B.
