ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDAWNT No. 609 Amending Section 10.03 (7) Relating to Distri4tts in the Town of Burke. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: A. That Section 10.03 (7) (d), R-4 Residence District in the Town of Burke, be a- mended by adding thereto a new subdivision, to.be numbered 10 and reading as follows: 10. A part of the NVQ/4 SWIA, Section 33 described as follows: beginnsing at the most easterly corner of Lot 5, Block 12, Third Addition to Washington Heights; thence southwesterly; along the southeasterly line of Block 12. 'Third Addition to Washington H%i.ghts and the southeasterly line of Block 6, Figst Addition to Washington Heights to"lhe easterly line of Mayfair Avenue; thence soutlierlyj along said line 110 feet more or less to the north line of Lexington Avenue; thence east along the north line of the easterl}k extentio0 of Lexington Avenue 680 feet; thence N 190 11' W 150 feet; thence N 700 49' E 340 feet to the westerly line of Rosedale Avenue; thence northerly along said line to the point of beginning. B. That subdivision U of Section 10.03 (7) (J ), C-1 Commercial and Light Manufac- turing District, be amended to read as follows: 14.
