ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDW NT No.. 835 <br />Amending Section 10.03 (16) Relating to Districts in the Town of Madison <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does irdain as follows: <br />A•That subdivision 15 of Section 10.03 (16) (j), C-1 Commercial and Light hianufac- <br />x kxxixxx <br />turino District, be amended to read as follows: <br />15. A part of the S'/x NEi/4, Section 36 described as follows: beginning at a point on <br />the south line of the said S'/z NE% which is east 198 feet from the southwest corner <br />thereof; thence east along said south line 2453.2 feet to the east line of the said <br />SY2 NEI/4; thence north along said east line 346 feet; thence west 1738.4 feet, thence <br />north 376.4 feet; thence west 714.8 feet to a point which is east 198 feet from the <br />west line of the said S'/2 N9/; thence south 157.8 feet; thence west to the west line <br />of the said SY2 NM; thence south 90 feet; thence east 144 feet; takence south 82 feet; <br />thence east 54 feet; thence south to the point of beginning. <br />B. That subdivison 4 of Section 10.03 (16) (b), R-2 Residence District, be amended 1 <br />t o read as follows: <br />J� The west 198 feet of the south 711.8 feet of the SW14 NEI/4, Section 36 exceot 3 <br />that part thereof described in subdivision 15 of Section 10.03 (16)(j), C-1 Commer- 2 <br />cial and Light Manufacturing District. <br />
