A part of the NW -34- NW -41, Section 7 described as follows: beginning at the inter- 1 <br />section of the west section line and the south line of Highway 138; thence east along 0 <br />said south line 1019.91 feet; thence south 300 feet; thence west to the west section 1 <br />line; thence north along saiCline 300 feet to the point of beginning. <br />
