ZONING ORDINANCE MENDMENT Na 989 <br />Amending Section 10.03 (31) Relating to Districts in the Town of Verona <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That Section 10.03 (31) (k), C-2 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District, be 3 <br />amended by addign thereto a new subdivision, to be numbered 5 and reading as fol- 4 <br />1 ows <br />5. A parcel consisting of part of the N� SEu and part of the Si NEu, Section 22 3 <br />described as follows: beginning at a point on the east section line which is north 3 <br />2086.82 feet from the southeast corner of said Section 22, thence IFwesterly along 0 <br />along the center line of Whalen Road 1072.23 feet, thence N 150 20f W 1298 feet more 1 <br />or less to a point, thence N 740 391 E 1402 feet more or less to a point on the east 1 <br />section line, thence south along said line 1189 feet more or less to the point of 4 <br />beginning, to be known as Verona Industrial Park. <br />
