ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Nt' 997 <br />Amending Section 10.03 (7) Relating to Districts in the Town of Burke <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That subdivision 5 of Section 10.03 (7)(k), C-2 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District, <br />be amended to read as follows: <br />5. A part of the S% SEi/, Section 8 described as follows:.beginning at the southeast corner <br />of said Section 8; thence N 2° E along the east section line 1322.4 feet; thence S 86° 13' W <br />208.7 feet; thence south 209 feet; thence N 85° 44' W 1547.1 feet; thence S 5° W 251.3 feet, <br />tothe center line of Acker Road; thence S 85° E 9 feet; thence S.2' 31' W 361.86 feet; thence <br />S 85° E to the west line of the SEI/4 SE%; thence southerly along said west line 496.5 feet <br />to the south section line; thence easterly along said line 1316.5 feet to the point of beginning. <br />
