ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT No. 1017 Amending Section 10.03 (15) Relating to Districts in the Tom of Fitchburg The Dane County Board cf Supervisors does ordain as follows: That Section 10.03 (15)(g), B-1 Local Business District, be amended by adding thereto a new subdivision, to be numbered 7 and reading as follows: 7. A part of the SEI/4 SE/, Section 6 described as follows: beginning at the east quarter corner of said Section 6; thence north along the east line thereof 477.2 feet; thence N 49° 04' W 210 feet; thence 8 3° 12' W 245.05 feet; thence N 89° 58' W 380.6 feet; thence N 57° W 330.41 feet to the center line of Eighway 18-151; thence southwesterly along saidline 511.4 feet to the south line of the said SEY4 NE%; thence east along said line 1127.7 feet to the pointof beginning.
