ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT No. 1023 <br />Amending Section 10.03) (16) Relating to Bistricts in the Town of Madison <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />A. That subdivision 10 of Section 10.03 (16)(g), B-1 Local Business District, be amended to read <br />as follows <br />10. Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 5, Oakridge; Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23 and the west 40 <br />feet of Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 1, Oakridge; Lots 1 to 5 In elusive, Block 2, Oakridge; Lots 7 and 8, <br />Block 7, First Addition to Oakridge. <br />B. That subdivision 2 of Section 10.03 (16)(c), R-3 Residence District, be amended to read as <br />follows:. <br />2. A part of the NEr/ NE%, Section 21 described as follows: beginning at a point in the center <br />line of County Trunk D which is southwesterly 894.84 feet from the north section line, thence <br />N 85° 571 W 233 feet; thence S P 03' W 364 feet; thence S 85° 57' E 233 feet to the center line of <br />County Trunk D; thence northerly along said line 364 feet to the point of beginning. <br />ADOPTED ..............................................
