ZONINGORDINANCE AMENDMENT No. 1036 <br />Amending Section 10.03 (17) Relating to Districts in the Town of Mazomanie <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That Section 10.03 (17), Districts in the Town of Mazomanie, be amended by adding <br />thereto the following: <br />(m) M-1 Industrial District <br />1. A part of Government Lot 3, Section 22, beingthe fractional SW%, said section, <br />described as follows: beginning at a point which is east 725 feet from the west section line <br />and north 300 feet from the center line of County Trunk Y; thence north 614.7 fett more or <br />less to a point which is 100 feet from the south bank of the river; thence easterly on a line <br />parallel to the river bank to a point which is east 825 feet from the west section line; thence <br />south 540.6 feet more or less to a point which is north 300 feet from the center ine of <br />County Trunk Y; thence southwesterly to the point of beginning. <br />ADOPTED 1964 EFFECTIVE DEQ 2 2 1964 <br />§ § § § § § § § § § § § § § § § § § § <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT No. 1037 <br />Amending Section 10.03 (33) Relating to Districts in the Town of Westport <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That Section 10.03 (33)(k), C-2 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District, be amended <br />by adding thereto a new subdivision, to be numbered 5 and reading as follows: <br />5.
