ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 1309 <br />Amending Section 10.03 Relating to Districts in the Town of Bristol <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the zoning district maps of the Town of Bristol be amended to include <br />in the R2 Residence District the following described land: <br />A part of the SES SE's of Section 2, Town of Bristol, described as <br />follows: <br />Ca=encing at the SW corner of said quarter quarter, thence East along the <br />South line, 1.32 feet to the point of beginning; thence North to the center- <br />line of CTH "V"; thence Easterly along said centerline to its intersection <br />with the centerline of Maple Street extended; thence South to the South line <br />of said quarter quarter; thence West to the point of beginning. <br />Comwncing at the SST corner of said quarter quarter; thence North along the <br />West line, 389.4 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 670 E, 188.1 feet <br />to the centerline of CTH "VV'I; thence Northeasterly along said centerline, <br />390 feet more or less; thence N 71° X51 W, 381.5 feet to the West line of <br />said quarter quarter; thence South to the point of beginning. <br />A part of the NE`-4NF & of Section 11, Town of Bristol, described as <br />follows= <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of the NES NE 4, thence East along" <br />the North line 132 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue East <br />to the centerline of Maple Street; thence South along the centerline <br />of Maple Street 975 feet; thence West 118 feet; thence North 316 feet; <br />thence Wiest 35 feet; thence North 158 feet; thence West to the West line <br />of said quarter quarter; thence North 329 feet more or less; thence East <br />132 feet; thence North 176 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Effective: June 25, 1970 <br />
