ZONIND ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 1290 <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AI`^.ENDhIENT NO, 1291 <br />Amending the text of the zoning ordinance Section 10.12 A-1 Agricultural District <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />Repeal subsection 10.12 (1) (k) and recreate to read as follows: <br />(k) Dumping grounds, sanitary land fill sites and incinerator sites, subject to <br />the provisions of 10.25 (4) Application for Approval of Site. Shall also comply <br />with Section 60.72 of the Wisconsin Statutes and shall meet the minimum, standards <br />as adopted by the State Department of Natural Resources pursuant to Sections <br />141.43 and 144.44 of the Wisconsin Statutes, <br />Effective: April 21, 1970 <br />ZONING CPJTqAN]CF- AMENDMENT NO. 1292 <br />Amending Section 10.03 Relating to Districts in the Town of York <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the zoning district maps of the Town of Yokk be amended to include in the <br />R -3A Residence District the following described land: <br />A part of the NV -4 SV -4 of Section 19 described as follows: Beginning at the <br />intersection of the East line of the N -Aa SW's and the centerline of Janisch Road; <br />thence South along the East line, 300 feet; thence West to the centerline of Janisch <br />Road; thence Northeasterly along said centerline to the point of beginning, <br />Effective: April 21, 1970 <br />ZONING ORDPOME AMENDMENT NO. 1293 <br />Amending Section 10.03 Relating to Districts in -the Town of Burke <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the zoning district maps of the Tamm of Burke be amended to include in the <br />C-1 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District the following described land: <br />A part of Outlot 139, Assessorts Plat #1, Town of Burke described as follows: <br />Commencing at the North quarter corner of Section 3; thence East, 642 feet to a <br />point on the North line of said Outlot 139 which is a point of beginning; thence <br />S 4A Oli W to the centerline of SIH 19; thence S 86' 10= E, 200 feet along the <br />centerline of STH19; thence North approximately 10° E to the intersection with the <br />North 1 i n e of said Outlot 139; thence West along the North 1 i n e of said Outlot 139 <br />to the point of beginning, <br />Effective: April 21, 1970 <br />
