ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #1831 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />VERONA <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be <br />amended to include in the __RE=I Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the E 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 35, town of Verona, described as <br />follows: <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of said Section <br />35; thence S 881 46' 30" W, 1307 feet; thence N O1° 31' W, 560 feet; <br />thence N 88° 46' 30" E, 16.00 feet; thence N O1° 31' W, 1278.96 feet; <br />thence N 88° 49' 40" E, 73.24 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br />continue N 88° 49' 40" E, 506 feet; thence S O1° 50' E, 352.79 feet; <br />thence S 88° 10' W, 50.75 feet to a point on a curve; thence on a <br />curve to the left with a radius of 186.00 feet; whose long chord bears <br />S 720 34' 20" W, 100 feet to a point on a curve; thence on a curve <br />to the left with a radius of 186.00 feet; whose long chord bears S 44° <br />33' 30" W, 80 feet; thence N 36° 09' 40" W, 533.65 feet to the point <br />of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: February 25, 1977 <br />
