ZONIN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #1731 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to zoning districts in the Town of Vienna <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the zoning district maps of the Town of Vienna be amended to <br />include in the R-1 Residence District the following <br />described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 23, Town of Vienna, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 23; thence South <br />299.87 feet along the West line of Section 23, and the centerline <br />of C.T.H. I to the point of beginning; thence East 300.00 feet <br />thence South 165.49 feet to the centerline of Norway Grove Road; <br />thence S 640 25' W, 158.50 feet along said centerline; thence <br />S 740 27' W, 163.00 feet along said centerline to the West line of <br />Section 23, and the centerline of C.T.H. I, thence North 277.63 <br />feet along said West line to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: April 19; 1976 <br />
