ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. #1848 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />BURKE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Burke be <br />amended to include in the R -3A & R-4 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 19, Town of Burke described as <br />follows <br />To: R -3A Residence <br />Lots 1 thru 9 of Burke Assessor's Plat #3. <br />To: R-4 Residence <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of the 1`W 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section <br />19; thence S O1° 20' W, 150 feet; thence N 89° 39' W, 12 feet to the <br />point of beginning; thence S O1° 20' W, 355 feet more or less to <br />the centerline of CTH "CV" thence S 59' 48' W, 130 feet more or less <br />along the centerline of CIH CV; thence N 01° 20' E, 424.9 feet to a <br />point that is 150 feet South of the North line of said NW 1/4 NE 1/4; <br />thence S 89° 39' E, 118 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: March 26, 1977 <br />
