ZONING ORDINANCE AVIENIMAENT N0. 41867 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />WINDSOR <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Windsor be <br />amended to include in the C-2 commercial & Light Mfg. District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SN 1/4 SN 1/4 of Section 8, Town of Windsor, described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the South line of said SN 1/4 SN 1/4 that <br />is 50 feet East of the Southwest corner; thence North on a line <br />parallel to the West line of said SN 1/4 SN 1/4, 749.85 feet; <br />thence East 150 feet; thence Southeasterly to the following described <br />point (beginning at the intersection of the Westerly right-of-way <br />line of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul & Pacific Railroads and <br />the South line of said SN 1/4 SN 1/4; thence Northwesterly along <br />said right-of-way line, 416.6 feet; thence S 87° 58' E, 188.1 feet) <br />thence S 00° 10' W, 407.1 feet to the South line of said SN 1/4 SN 1/4; <br />thence West along said South line to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: April 27, 1977 <br />
