ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #1870 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />BRISTOL <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Bristol be <br />amended to include in the - Agriculture -Business District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 27, Town of Bristol, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the West quarter corner of Section 27, Town of Bristol, <br />in the centerline of Wilburn Road; thence North 1,221.54 feet along <br />the West line of said Section 27 and the centerline of Wilburn Road <br />to the point of beginning; thence East 125 feet; thence North 110 <br />feet, more or less to the North line of said SW 1/4 NW 1/4; thence <br />Westerly 125 feet, more orles's, to the West line of Section 27 and <br />the centerline of Wilburn Road; thence South 110 feet, more or less, <br />along said West line and centerline to the point of beginning. <br />Also: <br />Part of the E 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section 28, Town of Bristol, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the East quarter corner of Section 28 in center of Wil- <br />burn.l.Road; thence North 850 feet along the East line of Section 28 <br />and the centerline of Wilburn Road to the point of beginning; thence <br />West 620 feet; thence North 750 feet; thence East 620 feet to the <br />East line of said Section 28 and the centerline of Wilburn Road; thence <br />South 750 feet along said East line and centerline to the point of <br />beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: April 24, 1977 <br />
