ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. #1873 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />RERRY //` <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain/as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Berry be <br />amended to include in the _ Agriculture -Business D i s t r i c t <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 8, Town of Berry, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the <br />North quarter <br />corner of said <br />Section 8; thence <br />South 1320 feet, <br />more or less, <br />to the Southerly <br />right-of-way of STH <br />919 and the point <br />of beginning; <br />thence Westerly <br />along said Southerly <br />right-of-way, 400 <br />feet; thence <br />South 375 feet; <br />thence Easterly, 400 <br />feet; thence North 375 feet to <br />the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: April 24, 1977 <br />
