ZONING ORDINANCE AVIS DMENT NO. #1876 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />MTDDLET N <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Middleton be <br />amended to include in the C-2 commercial & Light Mfg. District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the E 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 10, Town of Middleton, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 10; thence N 861 <br />32' E, 1328.65 feet along the South line of said Section 10; thence <br />N 030 02' W, 961.20 feet along the W e s t 11 n e of said E 1/2 SW 1/4 <br />and is also the centerline of Pleasant View Road to the point of <br />beginning; thence N 03° 02' W, 1021.27 feet; thence N 860 19' E, <br />410.48 feet; thence S 030 15' E; 140.64 feet along the centerline <br />of Pleasant View Road; thence along a curve to the right which has <br />a radius of 409.26 feet -'.and whose long chord is S 16° 15' W, 273.34 <br />feet; thence S 351 46' W, 283.39 feet along said centerline; thence <br />along a curve to the left having a radius of 648.63 feet whose <br />long chokd is S 161 22' W, 430.90 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: May 28, 1977 <br />
