ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #1898 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />SUN PRAIRIE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie <br />amended to include in the R -'1A ReRi_dence <br />the following described land: <br />be <br />District <br />Part of Section 24, Town of Sun Prairie; described as follows: <br />Part of Lot #1 of Certified Survey Map #2343, as recorded on pages <br />207 and 208 of volume 9, Certified Survey Maps in the Dane County <br />Register of Deeds Office, more fully described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwesterly corner of said Lot #1; thence SOO° <br />45' W, 450 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 41° E, 180 <br />feet; thence S 49° E, 120 feet; thence S 410 W, 180 feet; thence <br />N 490 W, 120 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Also a part of Lot #2 of Certified Survey Map #2343 as recorded <br />on pages 207 and 208 of volume 9, Certified Survey Maps in the Dane <br />County Register of Deeds Office, more fully described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwesterly corner of said Lot #2; thence S 000 <br />43' 24" E, 401 feet; thence East 159.0 feet to the point of beginning; <br />thence East 140.0 feet; thence South 140.0 feet; thence West 140.0 <br />feet; thence North 140.0 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: July 11, 1977 <br />
