ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #1900 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />PLEASANT' SPRINGS <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be <br />amended to include in the C_2 Commercial & Light Mfg. District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NE 1/4 SN 1/4 of Section 9, Town of Pleasant Springs, de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 9; thence <br />North 1330 feet more or less along the North-South quarter line; <br />thence Westerly 103.4 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of CTH <br />"N"; thence North along said Westerly right-of-way line 565 feet to <br />the point of beginning; thence Westerly 390 feet; thence Northerly <br />565 feet; thence Easterly 390 feet parallel to and 200 feet South of <br />the North line of said NE 1/4 SW 1/4, said point being the Westerly <br />right-of-way line of CTH "N"; thence South along said right-of-way <br />line 565 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: August 2, 1977 <br />
