ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. #1905 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />VERONA <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona b <br />amended to include in the B-1 Local Business District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NE 1/4 SV 1/4 of Section 35, Town of Verona, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of said NE 1/4 %V 1/4; thence <br />South along the East line of said NE 1/4 %V 1/4, 150 feet to the <br />point of beginning; thence continue South 200 feet thence West 300 <br />feet; thence North 200 feet; thence East 300 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: July 7, 1977 <br />
