ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. #1911 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />MIDDLETON <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Middleton be <br />amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 18, Town of Middleton, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the <br />Southeast corner of <br />said SW 1/4 SE <br />1/4; thence N 00° <br />17' W, 660.0 feet <br />along tine East line <br />of said SW 1/4 <br />SE 1/4 to the <br />point of beginning; <br />thence continue N <br />00° 17' W, 363.0 <br />feet along said <br />East line; thence <br />N 89° 12' W, 300.0 <br />feet; thence S <br />00° 17' E, 363.0 <br />feet; thence S 89° <br />12' E, 300.00 feet <br />to the point of <br />beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: July 30, 1977 <br />
