ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0.#19 19 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />BLOOMING GROVE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blooming Grove be <br />amended to include i n t h e (._ 2 commercial & Licrht Mfq. D i s t r i c t <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 26, Town of Blooming Grove; being <br />a part of Lot #2 of Certified Survey Map #640, as recorded on page 156 <br />of volume 3 of Certified Survey Maps, which is a part of Lot #11 of <br />Assessor's Plat 410 of the Town of Blooming Grove; described as follows: <br />Commencing at the east quarter corner of said Section 26; thence S 87° <br />21' W, 1200.47 feet to the Southeasterly line of Savannah Road; thence <br />S 320 12' 30" W, 355.06 feet along said Southeasterly line of Savannah <br />Road; thence N 48° 58' W, 70.84 feet along the Southwesterly line of <br />Evan Acres Road to the point of beginning; thence S 41° 02' 00" W, 403.11 <br />feet; thence 274.42 feet along a curve to the right having a radius of <br />2784.76 feet, a chord length of 274.31 feet, and a chord bearing of N 38° <br />04' 51" W, said line being the Northeasterly right-of-way line of Inter- <br />state Highway 90; thence N 530 31' 00" E, 375.18 feet to the South- <br />westerly line of Evan Acres Road; thence 138.27 feet along a curve to the <br />left having a radius of 634.64 feet, a chord length of 138.00 feet, and <br />a chord bearing of S 420 43' 30" E; thence S 480 58' 00" E, 51.09 feet <br />along the Southwesterly line of Evan Acres Road to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: July 9, 1977 <br />
