District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4, Section 3 Town of Fitchburg described as <br />follows: <br />That part of the Maple Lawn Heights Commercial Plat that lies in the <br />Town of Fitchburg. <br />EFFECTIVE: July 30, 1977 <br />
