ZONING ORDINANCE, AMENDMENT NO. #1738 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to zoning districts in the Town of Vermont <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the zoning district maps of the Town of Vermont be amended to <br />include in the B-1 Local Business District, the fo11ow1n <br />described land: <br />Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 35, Town of Vermont, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of CTH JG and <br />the South line of Section 35; thence N 36" 30' W, 300 feet more <br />or less along the centerline of said CTH JG to the point of be- <br />ginning; thence S 530 30' W, 115 feet; thence N 360 30' W, 200 <br />feet; thence N 531 30' E, 235 feet; thence S 360 30' E, 200 feet; <br />thence S 530 30' W, 120 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: May 21, 1976 <br />
