ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #1928 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />MADISON <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Madison be <br />amended to include in the C-2 Commercial & Light Mfg. District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 34, Town of Madison described as <br />follows= <br />Commencing on the North line of said SW 1/4 SW 1/4 at a point that is <br />694.5 feet West of the Northeast corner of said SW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence <br />S 00° 40' W, 426 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue S 00° <br />40' W, 14 feet thence West 99 feet; thence N 00° 40' E, 14 feet; thence <br />East 99 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Also: <br />Lots 4 and 5 of the Arbor Heights Commercial Park. <br />EFFECTIVE: July 30, 1977 <br />
