ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #1933 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />MADI SCN <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Maclis on be <br />amended to include in the R-4 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the E 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 35, Town of Madison, described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning at a point in the centerline of the Oregon Road (now Ski Lane) <br />that is 629.0 feet North of the South line of said Section 35; thence <br />N 51° 40' W along said centerline 28.4 feet; thence N 38° 20' E, 434.2 <br />feet; thence S 51° 40' E, 573.8 feet to a point that is 629.0 feet <br />North of the South line of said Section 35; thence West parallel to said <br />South line 697.7 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: August 27, 1977 <br />
