ZONING ORDI.0I ANII\ V f #1743 <br />Amending the text of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance (Chapter 10) . <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />Amend the second paragraph of 10.01 (24) b. to read as follows: <br />C. No automobile licensable as an antique or special interest vehicle under <br />Chapter 341.266 Wisconsin Statutes, nor any parts car therefor, shall be <br />considered junk under this ordinance provided that such vehicles are <br />stored as required by 5.341.266 (4) of the Wisconsin Statutues. <br />Amend Section 10.01 (61a) to read as follows: <br />(61a) Terminal, truck or bus: Buildings or land which is used for the storage <br />or parking of trucks, semi -tractors, semi -trailers or buses used in con- <br />nection with the transporting of passengers or freight. The storage of <br />not more than one truck, the capacity of which does not exceed 2 1/2 tons, <br />shall not be deemed a truck terminal. <br />EFFECTIVE: May 21, 1976 <br />
