ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 1755 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />WESTPORT <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Westiport be <br />amended to include in the C-1 Commercial & Licrht Mfcri District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 16, Town of Westport, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the <br />South quarter corner of said section 16; thence N <br />03° 51' <br />E, 220.5 <br />feet; thence Northerly 212.66 feet; <br />thence N 011 <br />28' W, <br />93.74 feet <br />to the point of beginning; thence <br />East 583 feet; <br />thence <br />South 300 <br />feet; thence West 583 feet; thence <br />North 93.10 feet; <br />thence <br />East 213 feet; thence North 180 feet; thence <br />West 213 feet; <br />thence <br />North 26.9 <br />feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: June 21, 1976 <br />
